Welkom in de wereld van de foie gras. Liefhebbers van foie gras "in al zijn vormen" zullen blij zijn met dit nieuwe barconcept in het hart van Saint-Jean-de-Luz, een gastronomisch mekka in Baskenland.
Sandrine, die een schat aan ervaring op haar CV heeft staan, houdt van foie gras en vooral van koken. Bereid op bestelling, op toast, tapas, met een Landaise salade, maar ook cassolettes van eendenhart, kleine gedroogde eendenworstjes... De eend wordt hier verheerlijkt.
Kom om het einde van de week te vieren elke vrijdag van 18.30 tot 20.30 uur naar de Pintxo Pote (1 pintxo + 1 drankje).
