Velkommen til foie gras' verden. Foie gras-elskere vil glæde sig over dette nye bar-koncept i hjertet af Saint-Jean-de-Luz, en gastronomisk Mekka i Baskerlandet. Sandrine, med sin rige erfaring, elsker foie gras og frem for alt, elsker at lave mad. Forberedt on demand, på toast, tapas, med en Landaise-salat, men også cassolettes med andehjerte, små tørrede andepølser... Anden fremhæves her. For at fejre slutningen af ugen, kom til Pintxo Pote hver fredag fra 18:30 til 20:30 (1 pintxo + 1 glas).
