Bienvenido al mundo del foie gras. Los amantes del foie gras "en todas sus formas" estarán encantados con este nuevo concepto de bar, en el corazón de San Juan de Luz, la meca gastronómica del País Vasco.
Sandrine, que cuenta con una gran experiencia en su currículum, adora el foie gras y, sobre todo, le encanta cocinar. Preparado a la carta, en tostadas, tapas, con una ensalada landaise, pero también cassolettes de corazón de pato, pequeñas salchichas de pato secas... El pato es glorificado aquí.
Para celebrar el fin de semana, ven al Pintxo Pote todos los viernes de 18.30 a 20.30 (1 pintxo + 1 bebida).
