Het is geheel gelijkvloers en heeft een mooi terras met tuinmeubilair en ligstoelen.
De lichte woonkamer bestaat uit:
Een ingerichte keuken met koelkast (vriesvak), conventionele oven, magnetron, inductiekookplaat, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en broodrooster.
Een eettafel voor 4/5 personen; extra gasten kunnen worden ondergebracht in onze gastenkamers boven.

Ingebouwde opbergruimte (planken en kledingkast)
Openslaande deuren naar het terras
De badkamer heeft een wastafel, een grote Italiaanse douche met opklapbaar zitje, een toilet en verschillende steungrepen.

Een kingsize bed (180×200) of 2 eenpersoonsbedden (90×200)
Een fauteuil
2 nachtkastjes
Leeslampjes en USB-aansluitingen
