Gelegen in een park met bomen en bloemen, in een rustige en bosrijke omgeving, wonen wij in de charmante gemeente St Avit de Vialard, een plaats genaamd Constant, grenzend aan de mooie en levendige gemeente Le Bugue sur Vézère, in de Vézère vallei in de Périgord Noir.
Wij bevinden ons op het kruispunt tussen Bergerac, Sarlat la Canéda en Périgueux, Monpazier.
Wij bevinden ons op 6 km van de vallei van de mens (vallei van de Vézère en zijn prehistorische sites) en op 15 km van de vallei van de Dordogne, (vallei van de geschiedenis met zijn middeleeuwse kastelen en geklasseerde dorpen).
Wij hebben 2 gîtes (genaamd "Vézère" en "Dordogne" naar de twee grote rivieren in de Périgord) en ons huis ligt in het centrum.
Elke gîte is onafhankelijk. Zwembad om te delen.
