Wir befinden uns in einem Park mit Bäumen und Blumen, in einer ruhigen und bewaldeten Gegend. Wir wohnen in der charmanten Gemeinde St Avit de Vialard, lieu dit Constant, angrenzend an die hübsche und lebendige Gemeinde Le Bugue sur Vézère, im Tal der Vézère im Périgord Noir.
Wir befinden uns an der Kreuzung zwischen Bergerac, Sarlat la Canéda und Périgueux, Monpazier.
Wir sind 6 km vom Tal des Menschen (Vézère-Tal mit seinen prähistorischen Stätten) und 15 km vom Dordogne-Tal (Tal der Geschichte mit seinen mittelalterlichen Schlössern und denkmalgeschützten Dörfern) entfernt.
Wir verfügen über zwei Gîtes (benannt nach den beiden Hauptflüssen im Périgord: "Vézère" und "Dordogne") und unser Wohnhaus befindet sich in der Mitte.
Jede Gîte ist unabhängig. Swimmingpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
