Als onze lekkernijen hun smaak te danken hebben aan de verse producten waaruit ze bestaan, dan hebben ze dat ook te danken aan de handen die ze bakken, ontvormen en verfraaien, zonder robot en met de kracht van hun armen.
Vooral de ambachtelijke bereiding van canelés vereist veel technische vaardigheid, kracht in de gebaren en een niet aflatende wil. Deze energie, deze knowhow, deze liefde voor een goed uitgevoerd werk, hebben wij sinds dag 1 gecultiveerd.
