Maak tijdens je rondrit door Alsace Verte een omweg naar het dorp Rittershoffen om de deur van de kerk Saint-Gall te bekijken. Hier bevindt zich een prachtig glas-in-loodraam, een meesterwerk van de Elzasser glas-in-loodmeester Tristan Ruhlmann. Het is het grootste glas-in-loodraam van alle kerken die na de Tweede Wereldoorlog in de Elzas zijn herbouwd. Het beste moment om het te bewonderen is 's avonds, wanneer de kerk verlicht is en het unieke gekleurde oppervlak glanst als kostbare stenen.
