Marsault is de naam van de ecologisch verantwoorde kaarsen van Marie en Marceau Bardout. Dit broer en zus duo, verliefd op hun streek, hebben zich ten doel gesteld champagneflessen die bestemd zijn voor de schroothoop te redden dankzij het principe van upcycling. Ze bewaren de bodems van de flessen om hun ethische en milieuvriendelijke kaarsen in te gieten.
Het assortiment is verkrijgbaar in drie groene glasformaten (halve fles, fles en magnum) en een transparant glasformaat, "La Champenoise" (alleen fles). Elk heeft zijn eigen verlichtingstijd, van 30 tot 50 uur. De Magnum kaars wordt verkocht in een kist gemaakt van eikenhout uit de Champagnestreek, vervaardigd door Jérôme Viard, de laatste Champagne kuiper.
