Het Appart City Niort ligt in het hart van het stadscentrum, op een steenworp afstand van het Place de la Brèche en op 10 minuten lopen van het treinstation.
Het biedt zelfstandige accommodatie voor 1 tot 6 personen met gratis internet.
De appartementen bieden uitzicht op de stad en zijn allemaal voorzien van een flatscreen-tv, een bureau en een telefoon. Hun eigen badkamer heeft een haardroger en een bad of douche.
Er wordt elke ochtend een ontbijtbuffet geserveerd. Alle eenheden hebben een kitchenette met kookgerei, koelkast, fornuis en vaatwasser.
