De kunstgalerie LUZ 26 is gespecialiseerd in abstracte schilderijen en foto's van de jaren 1950 tot 2000. Haar roeping is het bekend maken en waarderen van de weinig bekende kunstenaars van de Nieuwe School van Parijs, geboren na de 2e wereldoorlog, waaronder JM Calmettes, P. Charlot, M. Bouqueton, L. Nallart, Louttres-Bissière, naast O. Gauthier, J. Germain of P.Dmitrienko. We ontdekken ook de subtiele en delicate kunst van de collage, waarbij gouache, aquarel, snippers gescheurde posters en andere materialen worden gemengd, en kunstenaars als R.Preaux, A.Shanon of A.Aeschbacher. Wat de fotografie betreft, geeft de galerie de voorkeur aan de fluweelzachte zilverdruk en de zeldzaamheid van genummerde afdrukken. De fotograaf Luc Fournol zei: "Het belangrijkste in de fotografie is de ontmoeting". De galeriehouder Denis Janneau verdedigt de kunstenaars die hij zelf al lange tijd verzamelt.
