De villa dateert uit 1880 en staat op de monumentenlijst. Toegang tot de snelweg A63, afslag Biarritz Parma. Nabijheid van de luchthaven en het station van Parma (2 - 3 km). Gezinnen zijn welkom tijdens de schoolvakanties, individuen en groepen buiten de vakanties
