100 km van Parijs en Reims, 60 km van Troyes, Epernay en Sens, 25 km van Sézanne, 20 km van Provins, 15 km van Nogent sur Seine. Studio op de eerste verdieping van het huis van de eigenaren met een eigen ingang. De gîte du Pigeonnier is geschikt voor maximaal twee personen (2 eenpersoonsbedden). Eethoek, kitchenette (2-pits elektrische kookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak, multifunctionele mini-oven, plancha), doucheruimte (douche en wc). Alle nutsvoorzieningen zijn inbegrepen in de prijs van je verblijf. De bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en het huishoudlinnen (theedoeken, tafelkleden) is gratis.
Mogelijkheid tot een wandeling met onze ezel "César", vanaf juni, zal tot uw beschikking worden gesteld een gemeenschappelijk zwembad.
Alle winkels en voorzieningen ter plaatse. Toeristische attracties: Nogent sur Seine en zijn krachtcentrale op 15 km, bezoek aan wijnkelders, Provins en zijn middeleeuwse stad, Lacs d'Orient op 70 km, Château de la Motte Tilly op 20 km, groot vismeer op 35 minuten.
