In het centrum van het dorp Uzein, recht tegenover het gemeentehuis, vindt u het restaurant "El Olivar".
Zoals de naam al aangeeft, kunt u naast de traditionele keuken van Béarn ook de Spaanse keuken ontdekken, met name tijdens de avonden die op vrijdag en zaterdag worden georganiseerd. Dit zijn thema-avonden, waar u tapas kunt proeven. Alle informatie over deze avonden wordt regelmatig gepresenteerd op de facebookpagina. Tijdens de week verwelkomt het restaurant u elke middag voor een klassiek menu met huisgemaakte desserts.
