Op de hoogten van Marvejols biedt het plateau van Poujoulet u een adembenemend uitzicht op de Belle du Gévaudan. Neem de tijd om te stoppen en de verschillende uitzichten op de oude textielfabrieken (eind 19e eeuw) of de volkstuinen te bewonderen
Op de paden van het plateau van Poujoulet loopt u langs de grote muren van droge stenen, een erfenis van het volkse erfgoed
Open je ogen en je ziet misschien cardabellen, de beroemde distels op de grond. Pas op: deze soort is beschermd!
Als u het plateau oversteekt, komt u bij de hellingen van het dorp Montrodat, met zijn oude terrassen van "bancels" en nog steeds deze Chazelles, oude droge stenen herdershutten.
