De kerk dateert uit de 13e eeuw en is gewijd aan St. Vincent, diaken en martelaar. Dit bedehuis bestond waarschijnlijk al in de middeleeuwen
Het maakte deel uit van de parochie Sewen, en werd in 1799 een onafhankelijke parochie.
De kerk werd volledig veranderd na de liturgische hervorming van de jaren 1960
Het orgel in de St. Vincentiuskerk dateert uit 1845 en werd gebouwd door de orgelbouwer Valentin Rinckenbach uit Ammerschwir. Het werd in 1985 gerestaureerd door Alfred Kern, een orgelbouwer uit Straatsburg.
