Claudine en Bernard heten je welkom in hun gerestaureerde boerderij in Epoisses. Er staan 2 grote slaapkamers tot je beschikking; de ene is een familiekamer voor 4 of 5 personen, met een grote erker en een terras dat uitgeeft op het park, de andere is voor 3 personen en is net zo aangenaam, met een mooi zichtbare daklijst. Eigen badkamer. Kitchenette met vaatwerk, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, kookplaat en afzuigkap. Zeer grote tuin van meer dan 4500m². Parkeerplaats op het erf. Fietsenstalling in afgesloten schuur. Petanqueveld, schommel en klein boomklimparcours voor kinderen. Restaurant op 1 km. Verhuur van mountainbikes. Afslag snelweg: A6 Avallon of Bierre-les-Semur op 12 km.
