Ons 18e-eeuwse familiehuis ligt in Saint Avit Sénieur in de Périgord, te midden van 6 hectare weilanden en bossen. Het huis ligt op een heuvel en biedt een 360° uitzicht op het omliggende platteland. Het heeft de hele dag zon, maar blijft koel tijdens de zomerse hittegolf. Natuurlijke airconditioning is een van de troeven van deze oude huizen.
Buiten wacht het zwembad (8 x 4,7), beveiligd door een rolluik, op je na een bezoek aan de emblematische plekken van de streek, of gewoon om te ontspannen, kletsen of lezen.

Dankzij de grote ontvangstruimte is dit huis ideaal voor familiefeesten: verjaardagen, verlovingen, enz. We kunnen een kinderbedje ter beschikking stellen.
