Unser Familienhaus (18. Jahrhundert) befindet sich in Saint Avit Sénieur im Périgord, inmitten von 6 ha Wiesen und Wäldern. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und bietet einen 360°-Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Es bekommt den ganzen Tag über Sonne ab, bleibt aber während der Sommerhitze im Inneren kühl. Die natürliche Klimaanlage ist eine der Stärken der alten Häuser.
Draußen wartet der mit einem Rollladen gesicherte Pool (8 x 4,7 m) auf Sie, nachdem Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region besichtigt haben, oder einfach zum Entspannen, Plaudern oder Lesen.
Weber-Grill mit Gasbetrieb.
Dank seines großen Empfangsraums ist dieses Haus ideal für Familienfeiern: Geburtstage, Verlobungen, etc. Wir können ein Babybett zur Verfügung stellen.
Die An- und Abreise erfolgt sonntags.
