La nostra casa di famiglia del XVIII secolo si trova a Saint Avit Sénieur, nel Périgord, in mezzo a 6 ettari di prati e boschi. Situata su una collina, la casa offre una vista a 360° sulla campagna circostante. Riceve il sole tutto il giorno, ma rimane fresca all'interno durante la canicola estiva. L'aria condizionata naturale è uno dei punti di forza di queste vecchie case.
All'esterno, la piscina (8 x 4,7), protetta da una serranda, vi aspetta dopo una visita ai siti emblematici della regione o semplicemente per rilassarvi, chiacchierare o leggere.

Grazie alla sua grande sala di ricevimento, questa casa è ideale per ospitare eventi familiari: compleanni, fidanzamenti, ecc. Possiamo fornire una culla.
Gli arrivi e le partenze sono la domenica.
