Een nieuw gastronomisch aanbod is gearriveerd in het stadscentrum, met een bistro-keuken met een mediterrane twist in de zomer. Jean-Pierre Carrère, die al vijfendertig jaar in het vak zit, en zijn chef-kok Maxime, die zijn opleiding heeft genoten in een restaurant met een Michelinster, verwelkomen je graag in een sobere, chique sfeer. Het menu is eenvoudig en wisselt dagelijks, alle producten worden ter plekke vers bereid. Het verleidelijke aanbod omvat chipirons a la plancha en slakenschotels om te delen, maar ook echte Milanese kalfsschnitzel, tagliolini met inktvisinkt en chorizo, penne met eendenborst en morilles, en niet te vergeten verse salades, desserts en huisgemaakt ijs.
