Jean-Pierre Carrère, der seit fünfunddreißig Jahren im Geschäft ist, empfängt Sie zusammen mit seinem Chefkoch Maxime, der in einem Sternerestaurant ausgebildet wurde, in einem schlichten und schicken Ambiente. Eine einfache Speisekarte mit täglich wechselnden Menüs, die Produkte sind alle frisch und werden vor Ort verarbeitet. Zu den verlockenden Angeboten gehören Chipirons à la plancha und Schneckenbretter zum Teilen, aber auch echtes Mailänder Kalbsschnitzel, Tagliolini mit Tintenfischtinte und Chorizo, Penne mit Entenbrust und Morcheln, frische Salate sowie Desserts und handgemachtes Eis.
