Welkom in de Auberge de la Colline in het kleine middeleeuwse dorpje Vaudémont, de historische geboorteplaats van de graven van Vaudémont. Deze door een familie gerunde herberg biedt menu's variërend van €14,50 tot €27, met seizoenswisselingen gedurende het hele jaar. De gezellige inrichting doet denken aan die van La Colline. Er zijn drie eetzalen beschikbaar: een winter-eetzaal, een groeps-eetzaal en een tussenseizoens-eetzaal. Het terras, ook open voor klanten, biedt een uitzonderlijk uitzicht over de vlakte. Het restaurant is geschikt voor groepen en familiefeesten van 10 tot 100 personen, met gepersonaliseerde menu's.
