Les Salaisons Gorin ligt aan de weg naar de Aspe-vallei, tussen Oloron Sainte-Marie en de Col du Somport, vlakbij het Nationaal Park van de Pyreneeën, in het hart van het dorp Gurmençon. Deze familiale delicatessenzaak en traiteur biedt een ruime keuze aan producten: varkensvlees en eend in blik, vleeswaren, vers gemarineerd en vacuüm verpakt vlees, worstjes met Espelette-paprika, kant-en-klare gerechten: axoa, dubbel vet, gestoofde varkenswang, enz Specialiteit: persillé (hoofdpaté van varkenswang). Er wordt een selectie regionale producten aangeboden: wijn, honing, jam, kaas van lokale producenten. Zaterdag: rotisserie.
