ANTZIKA, "de bron" in het Baskisch, ligt in de holte van een heuvel en is gebouwd in de stijl van een schaapskooi met uitzicht op het platteland van Biarrote.
De Baskische identiteit is bewaard gebleven dankzij de Sare-steen op de hoeken van de muren, de "lorio" op de gevel en het grote terras op het zuiden dat zich uitstrekt vanuit de woonkamer. De moderne accenten zijn aanwezig in de gebruikte materialen, zoals het natuurlijke of gewaxte beton op alle vloeren van het huis, in de grootte en het volume van de dagvertrekken, in de lichte, bewust sobere en opgeruimde inrichting... alles in grijstinten en wit.
