Nestled in the hollow of a hill, ANTZIKA, "the spring" in Basque, is built in the sheepfold style, opening onto the Biarrote countryside.
The Basque identity is preserved thanks to the Sare stone at the corners of the walls, the "lorio" on the facade, and the large south-facing terrace extending from the living room. Modern touches are present in the materials used, such as the natural or waxed concrete of all the floors in the house, in the size and volume of the day rooms, in the clear, deliberately sober and uncluttered decoration... all in shades of grey and white.
