Het heeft een woonkamer met een comfortabele slaapbank, een ingerichte en uitgeruste keuken, een slaapkamer, een doucheruimte/toilet, een terras, een omheinde tuin en een buitenparkeerplaats. Deze accommodatie is ideaal voor een gezin van 1 tot 4 personen (maximum aantal personen vermeld op het huurcontract). Mogelijkheid om een babybedje en toebehoren te hebben. Extra diensten: internettoegang, uitleen van fietsen op aanvraag. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan in deze accommodatie.
