B?uf Pop ligt aan de Place de la Cathédrale en biedt een warm welkom van dinsdag tot zaterdag tijdens de lunch en op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond. We bieden een eigentijdse keuken gebaseerd op een eenvoudig concept: vers, huisgemaakt en lokaal. Probeer ons Bazadaise rundvlees (tartaar, gegrild vlees en hamburgers) van de slagerij uit Charrier, onze forel uit de rivier de Ciron of onze vegetarische seizoensgerechten. Reserveer van tevoren om zeker te zijn van een tafel, vooral in het weekend. Verwarmd terras onder de arcades in de winter, met een prachtig uitzicht op het presidentieel paleis en Hôtel de Ville.
