In Oloron Sainte-Marie is de boerderij Saint Grat erin geslaagd met zijn tijd mee te gaan, zonder zijn terroir en zijn tradities te verwaarlozen. Daarom zijn al onze producten afkomstig van eenden die wij in de open lucht grootbrengen en die op onze boerderij uitsluitend met volkorenmaïs worden gevoed. Bovendien worden onze producten gemaakt in een werkplaats die voldoet aan de huidige wetgeving. Daarom doen wij ons uiterste best om u kwaliteitsproducten aan te bieden die uw smaakpapillen zeker zullen bekoren. Als u op doorreis bent in onze mooie streek, aarzel dan niet om bij onze boerderij langs te gaan om de authentieke streekproducten die wij aanbieden te ontdekken. Wij geven u graag advies over proeverijen en menu-ideeën.
