Het appartement staat los van het huis en bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. Het is bereikbaar via een buitentrap van ongeveer vijftien treden. De flat is erg ruim. Het heeft een mooie, volledig uitgeruste open keuken en een centraal eiland met verschillende eetstoelen. De keuken komt uit op een grote eetkamer voor 8 personen en een gezellige zitkamer. Een terras met uitzicht op de tuin biedt ononderbroken uitzicht over een beboste tuin en een veld met kiwi's.
Het appartement heeft twee tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een doucheruimte.
