L'appartement est indépendant de la maison et se situe au premier étage. Vous y accéderez par un escalier extérieur d'une quinzaine de marches. L'appartement est très spacieux. Il bénéficie d'une tres belle cuisine américaine, entièrement équipée et d'un ilot central avec plusieurs chaises pour pouvoir manger. La cuisine s'ouvre sur une grande salle à manger accueillant 8 personnes et sur un salon cosy. Une terrasse avec vue sur le jardin vous permettra de profiter d'une vue dégagée sur un jardin arboré et un champ de kiwis.
L'appartement dispose de deux chambres doubles et d'une salle d'eau avec douche.
