Le Petit Astérius de St Astier is een gîte van 55 m² die volledig is gerestaureerd op 2 niveaus: op de begane grond bevindt zich de van airconditioning voorziene woonkamer met een functionele en goed uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer, slaapbank.
De slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, de kleedkamer, de badkamer met een grote inloopdouche en een apart toilet bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping.
Lakens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig.
Buiten is er een kleine binnenplaats aan de voorkant aan de straatkant en een tuin aan de achterkant met een spa (van juni tot september), tuinmeubilair en ligstoelen om te ontspannen. Het terrein is volledig omheind.
De gîte ligt op 50m van het stadscentrum, dicht bij de markt en kleine winkels. De rivier, een speeltuin en de groene fietsroute liggen op 200 meter afstand.
