In de buurt van Bordeaux is de wijngaard van Pestoury al 5 generaties lang een familiebedrijf. Vandaag de dag is het 38 hectare dat Isabelle en Bertrand met hun dochter Marie verbouwen, in het gebied van de appellation Côtes de Bordeaux, in omschakeling naar biologische landbouw sinds 2020. Het verhaal begint in de jaren 1890 op de boerderij van 3 hectare van de overgrootmoeder van Bertrand. In 1997, na een studie ecologie, besloten Bertrand en Isabelle hun passie uit te drukken in authentieke wijnbouw. Kom hen ontmoeten om deze familiepassie te ontdekken tijdens een proeverij onder leiding van een familielid, met hun producten: witte Bordeaux - rosé - Côtes de Bordeaux - Crémant - zoete witte - druivensap.
