Hun wijnen uit de Chenin, Chardonnay, Gamay Beaujolais, Gamay en Cabernet Bouze Frans, worden ontwikkeld, hoog en gebotteld in Oiron. De markt gebracht apellation Anjou en Vin de France, en verspreid over Frankrijk, in Europa, de VS en Japan. Sommige producten verkrijgbaar in de winkel van de Toeristische Dienst van Thouarsais Country. Home naar de werking van maandag tot zaterdag alleen op afspraak het hele jaar door. Deuren open paasweekend en het eerste weekend van december.
