Transhumance & cie gelegen in Bedous in de Aspe vallei. Onze menu's zijn voornamelijk geïnspireerd door het culinaire erfgoed van de Bearn regio en het werk van lokale boeren en producenten. Garbure staat elke dag op het menu. Gerechten in saus gestoofd in een houtgestookte oven, vlees gegrild boven een houtvuur, gebraden in de open haard, boerenkazen in raclette of gesmolten boven de sintels... De desserts omvatten ook traditionele specialiteiten uit Béarn of onze specialiteiten: milhassou, Aspe cake, onze "Brigalha" crumble, en van februari tot augustus, schapenkaas en zelfs zomerkaas van eind juni tot half augustus. Wij bieden ook boerenijs aan! Wij verwelkomen grote families en groepen om de grote en kleine gebeurtenissen in uw leven te vieren. Adishatz e a bèthlèu!
