Maison Graciateguy is gevestigd in een 19e-eeuws landhuis en verwelkomt je op 400 m² in Baskische stijl in het hart van het dorp Saint Etienne de Baigorry. Genesteld aan de voet van de bergen, ligt het huis dicht bij wandelpaden (PLR, GR10) en het trailstation, evenals fietsroutes.
Het huis heeft zijn prachtige houten vloeren, open haarden en 3 meter hoge plafonds behouden. Er is een terras en een tuin met uitgestrekt terrein en uitzicht op de bergen. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers (waarvan 2 familie suites), 3 badkamers, 4 wc's, 1 volledig uitgeruste keuken en 2 eetkamers. Tuin, terras, pergola, zwemmen in de rivier, dicht bij alle voorzieningen en de Spaanse grens, 10 minuten van Saint Jean Pied de Port, chocolaterie ter plaatse, gemeentelijk zwembad...
