De bar-bistro op de Place de Ciboure, een sociale en gezellige ontmoetingsplaats voor de lokale bevolking, biedt een locavore en slow food keuken (alles zelfgemaakt met verse seizoensgebonden, biologische en natuurlijke producten van kleine lokale producenten en vissers). Een menu tijdens de lunch en een menu van kleine en grote gerechten om 's avonds te delen. Maar ook ontbijt, pintxos, vleeswaren, kazen, koffie en thee van kwaliteit en een uitgebreide lijst van biologische en natuurlijke wijnen en lokale ambachtelijke bieren.
