Vlakbij Bergerac, in Monestier in het hart van de Périgord Pourpre, midden in de natuur en op de wijnroute tussen Saint-Emilion en Monbazillac, is het een echte oase van rust en de beste plek om de Périgord en de nabijgelegen regio's te ontdekken. Op het terrein bevindt zich ook een grote privé visvijver met beveiligde toegang. Het heeft een ponton om te vissen of te ontspannen
Het landgoed heeft ook een ontspanningsruimte met jacuzzi, hammam en overdekt zwembad.
De gîte Amandine biedt een tweepersoonskamer.
