Aan de poorten van het stadje La Sauve ligt het 60 hectare grote Château des Dames de la Renardière. De ouderdom van het landgoed blijkt uit het bestaan van notariële archieven die teruggaan tot 1478. De intrinsieke kwaliteit van het terroir, gecombineerd met traditionele wijnbereidingsmethoden, levert enkele van de beste wijnen van de appellation op: frisse, briljante witte wijnen en soepele, gulle rode wijnen. Het Château des Dames de la Renardières biedt wijnproeverijen en bezoeken aan de kelders op afspraak.
