De kerk van St-Martin d'Artres is uniek omdat het een miniatuurreplica herbergt van de beroemde grot in Lourdes. Grafstenen herinneren aan het oude kerkhof dat ooit naast de kerk lag. De grot werd in 1885 gebouwd als 'geschenk' van de familie van Georges d'Haussy, een machtige boer en industrieel uit het dorp.
