Op de hoogten van het mooie dorpje Coussac-Bonneval, op de grens van de departementen Dordogne en Corrèze, bestaat deze Limousin boerderij uit twee verbouwde gîtes, een aan de oostkant en de andere aan de westkant. Tussen de twee is er een brede leegstaande ruimte van 15m. Aan de oostkant geeft de gîte aux fleurs uit op twee buitenterrassen, waarvan er een overdekt is met een pannendak, ideaal voor een lunch in de zon of in de schaduw. Het hele gebied is omheind. Aangrenzend ligt een grote omheinde weide (2000 m²) met een verwarmd privézwembad (7,5 x 4) dat open is van 20 juni tot 20 september (15 juni tot 30 september + bij mooi weer).
