Weiss is een Franse chocoladefabriek sinds 1882.
Opgericht door Eugène Weiss in Saint-Etienne, produceert het Huis van Weiss al 137 jaar chocolade, pralines en snoepgoed voor alle gastronomische consumenten en professionals in de gastronomie over de hele wereld.
De ambachtelijke knowhow werd in 2014 beloond met het overheidslabel "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant".
Kom en ontdek zijn specialiteiten: Nougamandines, Nougastelles of zijn onvermijdelijke Napolitains die samen met zijn klanten zijn ontwikkeld, evenals andere delicatessen die delicaat zijn beschermd in zorgvuldig ontworpen dozen.
