Bij Crescendo worden alle gerechten dezelfde dag voor het oog van de gasten bereid, met verse seizoensproducten die dagelijks geleverd worden.
Het is dan wel een «zelfbedieningsrestaurant», maar de gasten kunnen hun warme gerechten afhalen wanneer ze dat willen; zo kan iedereen op z’n eigen ritme eten.
De theesalon is de hele dag geopend voor een ijsje, pannenkoek, pizza of zelfs een grillade.
