Bei Crescendo werden alle Gerichte vor den Gästen zubereitet, und zwar am selben Tag und mit frischen, saisonalen Produkten, deren Nachlieferung täglich stattfindet.
Obwohl es sich um ein „Self-Service-Restaurant“ handelt, können die Gäste ihre warmen Gerichte abholen, wann sie es wünschen und so in ihrem eigenen Rhythmus verzehren.
Die Teestube ist ganztägig geöffnet: Eis, Crêpes, Pizzas und sogar Grillgerichte.
