Deze unieke wijngaard is gelegen op zonnige hellingen, ten zuiden van Sarlat, in het hart van de ongerepte natuur, tegenover het imposante kasteel van Biron. De twee gepassioneerde wijnboeren hebben besloten om oude tijden te laten herleven door ‘vergeten’ druivenrassen te herplanten en hun wijnproductie geheel organisch te laten verlopen. Vanaf het begin hebben Vincent en Gilles geen chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen of bemesting gebruikt, in overeenstemming met het AB label. Ze maken hun eigen groene bemestingsmiddelen en delen hun kennis en ervaring.
U kunt ter plaatse verblijven in hun gîte.
De wijnmakerij is open voor bezoek ; kom en ontdek de organische technieken en de flora en fauna van de prachtige omgeving.
