De bijenhuis van Didier is ontstaan uit een hartstochtelijke liefde voor bijen sinds mijn jongste jaren. Gelegen in een klein dorpje vlakbij Langres, op 10 km afstand, beoefen ik de bijenteelt in een omgeving die het milieu respecteert, rijk aan bloemen, voor het welzijn van mijn bijen. Ik oogst verschillende soorten honing afhankelijk van de seizoenen, te beginnen met bloemenhoning (lente), dan acaciahoning en tenslotte bloemenhoning van de zomer of het bos, afhankelijk van moeder natuur. Ik bied verkoop aan op de markt of aan huis (op afspraak) uitsluitend. Ook bied ik verschillende producten aan zoals Propolis, snoepjes...
Bezoek is het hele jaar door mogelijk, uitsluitend op afspraak.
