De Abbaye Sainte-Marie de Fontfroide is een prachtige abdij in het Parc naturel régional de la Narbonnaise en Méditerranée. Het is absoluut een bezoek waard, maar ook de omgeving is zeer leuk om te ontdekken. Met deze wandeling ga je door een gevarieerd landschap van bossen en boomgaarden. De route heeft een totale lengte van 16km, ze start en eindigt op de parking van de abdij.
