Hounslow East is een station van de metro van Londen aan de Piccadilly Line. Het station is geopend in 1909 en vanaf 1933 deel van de Piccadilly Line.
De lijn door het huidige station is op 21 juli 1884 geopend door Metropolitan District Railway als een aftakking naar Hounslow Barracks . De lijn was enkelsporig aangelegd vanaf de bestaande route naar Hounslow Town aan het oostelijke einde van de Hounslow High Street. Dat station was geopend in 1883. Oorspronkelijk waren er geen stations tussen Hounslow Barracks en Osterley & Spring Grove .
