Moelfre ) is een dorp, een gemeenschap en, tot 2012, een kiesdistrict aan de noordoostkust van het eiland Anglesey in Wales. Het gemeenschapsgebied omvat het dorp en de haven, en verschillende kleinere, verspreide nederzettingen. Het bevat zes geregistreerde hutgroepen uit de IJzertijd en vele andere archeologische locaties van belang. De haven was voorheen een lokale vissershaven; er is sinds 1854 een reddingsstation gevestigd. Onder de vele scheepswrakken voor de kust was dat van de Royal Charter in 1859. Dichtbij het gemoderniseerde reddingsstation bevindt zich het RNLI Seawatch Centrum. De kustlijn omvat een rotsachtige kaap ten noorden van het dorp en een groot zandstrand bij Lligwy Bay, beide doorkruist door het Anglesey Coastal Path. De volkstelling van 2011 telde de dorpsbevolking op 710. Dit werd geschat op 614 in 2019.
