Edinburgh Airport is een internationaal vliegveld nabij de stad Edinburgh. Met negen miljoen passagiers per jaar is het het drukste vliegveld van Schotland en het op zes na drukste van het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
In 1916 werd er nabij Edinburgh een vliegveld geopend onder de naam Turnhouse Aerodrome. Na de oprichting van de RAF vormde deze een basis op het veldje waarna het werd omgedoopt tot RAF Turnhouse. Tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog was het het meest noordelijke luchtverdedigingsvliegveld van Groot-Brittannië.
Na de oorlog bleef het vliegveld nog tot 1947 militair om daarna zijn eerste commerciële vluchten te ontvangen.
In 1977 nam het bedrijf BAA de eigendomsrechten over van het ministerie van Defensie waarna het vliegveld pas echt begon uit te groeien tot een volwaardig internationaal vliegveld.
